Returns & Replacements
We want to make sure our products are bringing the best fun lifestyle for you! If something doesn’t look right to you, please let us know! If you have any questions that you could not find the answer from our frequently asked questions, please email us at support@joyin.co so our friendly customer service team can help you as soon as possible!
Our Return Policy
Bringing you 100% of happiness is our mission! After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Please email us at support@joyin.co with your order number and the reason why you are returning so our customer service representative can assist you. Please note that we do not offer gift exchanges at this moment. 
Once we receive the return package, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. The refund will be sent to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please note that we do not provide return labels but we will refund your initial shipping cost! Please keep any emails or text you receive regarding your order as they may contain important information. 
To qualify for return, merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, and all returnable products will be refunded for the full purchase price.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, in original condition, and with a store receipt or order confirmation email. If a return is made within that 7-day period, you will be refunded in store credit*.

When will I receive a refund?
As soon as possible! Once you get a refund notification, you should be receiving your refund back to your initial payment method within 5-10 business days. If you don’t see it within 14 business days, please contact your bank to see if it’s still processing. If not, please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate the case for you!
I got a defective or damaged product, what should I do? 
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Please text us at 833-456-9462 or email us at support@joyin.co with your order number and a photo of the broken product so we can send you a brand new replacement or refund you depending on your preference. 
How do I find a replacement part?
We wish we could replace all missing pieces for your product but unfortunately for most of the products, we do not have stock on all parts and pieces. If you’re missing a piece or received an incomplete item, please email us at support@joyin.co with your Order Number and a photo of the product you’ve received. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to help! Please make sure to keep the product with you so that we could provide you all the options we have.

Where is my package?

We totally understand your frustration when you are not able to find your package. Please check your email or messenger (depending on how you complete the purchase) to see if there’s a tracking number provided. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the system to update the tracking number for you after we prepare the shipment.  

If you did find your tracking number, please check the carrier tracking site with the most up to date status! If it’s delivered but you still can’t find it? Look around to check if the package were delivered to the apartment office, locker, neighbors door, etc. 

If you did all the above but still can’t retrieve your package, please email us at support@joyin.co  with your order number and our friendly customer service team will be happy to help!

What’s the difference between Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping?

Your order will be arriving in 5-7 business days if you selected standard shipping. As for expedited shipping, it usually takes 2-3 business days.  Please allow more time if your order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

How fast is Free Shipping?

We offer free shipping for the qualified orders and your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. Please allow more time if your order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We want to spread the joy no matter where you are! Our official store is currently shipping domestically.  However, if you have an Amazon account, please check to see if the product you want is shipping internationally from our Amazon store! Feel free to reach out to support@joyin.co if you need further help anytime!

I made a mistake on the shipping information at checkout, how do I change that?

Whoops, it happens! We can definitely try our best to help you change the shipping information before the order shipped out. If the order has been shipped, please contact the location you mistakenly put to see if they can forward the shipment to you. Please call 833-456-9462 or email us at support@joyin.co as soon as possible so we can help in a timely manner.

What is the status of my order?

Please find your order confirmation email or text to check the status of your order by clicking the link provided. If you still have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please contact our friendly customer care team by emailing support@joyin.co or calling 833-456-9462!

Can I cancel or change the items in my order?

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us at support@joyin.co at your earliest convenience. If we couldn’t cancel or adjust your order in time, please return the delivery to the sender and let us know via email so we can assist you!

What is my Order Number? 

Once we receive your order, we will send you an email or a text confirmation depending on which one you selected at checkout. Your order number should be provided and it would start with JY following 4 digits, eg. #JY1234.

So many places! You can find our products in independent toy stores, party stores, gift shops, and more. We are currently working on getting into the major retailers around you so we can bring joy to you faster!

How to create an account with JOYIN?

You could create an account from the customer login page by clicking on the “sign up” button.  Meanwhile, you can also create an account at check out from your shopping cart. Just follow the sign-up instructions, easy peasy!

How do I use the promo code?

You can apply the promo code at the checkout page, then click apply!  The discount should be listed in the payment calculation.

When calculating the minimum purchase amount, we do not include charges for shipping, handling, or the applicable tax. The minimum purchase amount is net of discounts and does not include gifts with purchase or free items.

  • Free Shipping offers are available only to non-P.O. Box addresses in the continental United States. These promotions are not available for purchases that will be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other non-contiguous U.S. locations. What orders are subject to sales tax?

All orders are subject to sales tax except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. If you believe you should be tax-exempted, please reach out to support@joyin.co so our fun crew can help you out! 

What if I’m ordering for an organization that is tax-exempt?

If you are planning on making a large order and believe you should be tax-exempted, please reach out to sales@joyin.co so we can process your order differently.
